12A Registration means income of the society/ trust shall not be taxable. This is ONE time registration. Benefits in taking grants from Govt./Abroad/other Agencies. Benefit in taking FCRA registration.
Below mentioned documents are required:-
1-FORM- 10 A for u/s 12 registration
2-Address, ID proof of all the member of the trust with the contact details and occupation.
3-Two photograph of all member.
4-Bank statement & PAN card.
5-RC and MOA/ Trust Deed.
6-NOC from Landlord with Electricity Bill/House tax Receipt/Water Bill copy.
7- Evidence welfare activities carried out & progress Report since inception.
8- Audited Books of Accounts, ITR and computation, if any, since inception.
9-Original RC and MOA/Trust Deed-at the time of registration.
10-Affidavit about true and fair view of the organization.
11- Copy of the resolution passed by the organization.
12- Power of attorney in our name.
NOTE- All documents should be ‘Certified True Copy’
