This is a high-responsibility role involving legal advisory, litigation management, and labour law compliance within a major PSU.
Age Limit & Experience Criteria
Maximum Age: 26 years (Base eligibility)
However, age relaxation is linked with relevant work experience as follows:

Essential Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- 3-year full-time LL.B. course after full-time graduation
OR - 5-year integrated law course after 12th standard
The law degree must be from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum Experience Requirement
Candidates must have at least one year of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience Criteria for:
1. Practicing Advocates
- Minimum one year of experience after LL.B.
- Experience will be counted only after enrolment with the Bar Council
- Internship experience during LL.B. will not be considered
2. Law Firm / Company Legal Department
- Minimum one year of full-time work experience
- Experience must be relevant to legal advisory or litigation
Nature of Relevant Experience
The candidate’s experience should preferably include:
- Providing legal advice on interpretation of statutes
- Devising legal strategies
- Handling litigation and arbitration matters
- Industrial dispute resolution
- Conciliation proceedings
- Drafting agreements and contracts
- Drafting pleadings before courts or arbitrators
- Briefing senior counsel
